
Trevor Bushéy / President
Trevor grew up in Oregon and served in the Army. Upon being Honorably Discharged, he studied at the University of West Georgia. In 2003 he moved to Southern Oregon with his family. Throughout his time here he held two different careers before starting the exciting endeavor of growing IMPACT. Trevor has served the Rogue Valley community through being on the board of Medford Earth Angels, volunteering and donating to Rogue Retreat, and the Medford Food Project. Trevor is passionate about helping others and feels that everyone has worth and importance.
Gina Bushéy / Office Manager
Gina is a Northern California native, and studied at Shasta College before moving to Oregon with her family. For almost two decades Gina focused on her career as a Real Estate Broker, before joining the inspiring venture of growing IMPACT. Over the years Gina has sat on the Medford Earth Angels board as Treasurer, volunteered for the Medford School District, Rogue Retreat, donated to the Medford Food Project, where she distributed food & clothing to local food pantries and shelters. Gina is dedicated to helping her community thrive, and genuinely believes that everyone’s voice should be heard.
Michelle / DSP Manager
Michelle brings 3 years of experience as a DSP Manager to the Impact family. With strong people skills and a passion for serving individuals in the Developmental Disability community, Michelle strives to make the perfect match between DSP's and Clients. A Rogue Valley native, she’s is a graduate of Medford Senior High (go Panthers!) and attended Lane Community College and Southern Oregon University. Michelle and her husband Gary of thirty-five years have proudly raised 4 beautiful children.
Michelle is passionate about continuing her education in service to people with Developmental Disabilities. You’ll find her easy to talk to and available to answer any questions you may have regarding IMPACT.
Maddy / Administrative Assistant
Maddy grew up in Southern California and received her bachelor's in psychology from California State University of San Marcos, where she attended as a full time student-athlete. Recently, Maddy moved up to Oregon and discovered IMPACT through Gina and Trevor. Maddy is dedicated to making a difference in the community, as well as the lives of DSP’s and who they support along the way.
David / Director
David grew up in Newberg, Oregon. He attended George Fox University and pursued a bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries with a concentration on youth. He later earned his master’s degree in Christian Studies from Crown College. While volunteering for the Special Olympics in 2008, David discovered his life’s passion. He cannot imagine doing anything else with his life. David’s heart for people, desire for seeing them grow and become integrated in the community is why he loves growing IMPACT.
