A Northern California native, Gina relocated to Oregon with her husband Trevor and their four beautiful children. She brings eighteen plus years of leadership and management experience to IMPACT, extensive contractual knowledge, as well as her warm, compassionate personality. Gina oversees administrative operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment to drive organizational growth.
